My goal as a teacher is to offer classes that are smart, fun, challenging and yet deeply nourishing. I am here to assist and encourage each of my students in their own process of personal growth and transformation.

As a licensed Yoga Teacher Bodyworker and Yoga Tune Up® teacher, my work is heavily influenced by my knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and yoga philosophy, with my primary focus - longevity in practice.

My passion and drive to understand the body and how it works comes from my personal journey to a pain-free life after suffering a severe spinal injury as a child. First, with an interest in Bodywork, I received an associate's degree in massage therapy in 2003 and began working with modalities such as deep tissue, lomi lomi, herbal poultice massage and hot stone therapy and have since spent time in Chiang Mai, Thailand to study Thai massage and Thai herbal therapy.

In 2002 I took my first yoga class, and it was there that I discovered movement as a form of physical therapy to ease my everlasting back pain. I dove deeper into yoga philosophy and pranayama and realised this was the path for me. In 2009 I received my first yoga teaching certificate and began teaching both private and group classes. In February 2018 I completed my certification to become a Yoga Tune Up® teacher and I currently teach YTU workshops and classes in Zürich, Switzerland.

I continue to be inspired by many different styles of yoga including Iyengar, Anusara and Katonah, as well as many other wonderful ways to move and challenge the body and mind such as strength and mobility training, somatic movement, trapeze and other areal arts, scuba diving and surfing.

In 2014 I moved from my hometown San Francisco to my new home, Zürich, where I live with my husband, our little baby boy and our sweet dog, Sati.

“Some of the best, most precise, helpful and enjoyable yoga I have ever experienced! I would happily move to Zürich (from London) for these classes.”
