Yoga
This 75 minute creative movement and yoga asana class honours the wisdom of ancient yoga, while applying the latest in movement science research.
We tend to use lots of props in this class, however, if you don’t have specific yoga props, you can generally find substitutions with common household items such as a stack of books, blanket, scarf or belt and so on.

Deep Release with Somatics
This relaxing 60 minute class incorporates various forms of movement medicine including yoga asana, movement techniques from laban, feldenkrais and hanna somatics, and of course self massage with yoga tune up balls. This class is designed to help release patterns of stress and uncover patterns of ease.
To join this class you must have at least one set of yoga tune up balls in your favourite size.
Deep Release with Somatics is currently on summer break! It will return again in the future.
